If something is damaged, faulty, missing or fails sooner than you would reasonably expect, we want to know so we can make it right and improve the design.
When something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or a product fails sooner than you would reasonably expect, please contact EMT Dimensions with your Square receipt and photos.
We will always work with you to find a fair solution, whether that is a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Shipping damage
If your purchase is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the product.
This helps us assess the issue and improve how future orders are packed.
Real-life play
We know children do not always play gently. If your little one proves stronger than our design, please let us know.
Every report helps us improve our designs, materials and manufacturing processes.
3D printed characteristics
Small layer lines, tiny colour changes and minor surface texture are normal parts of the 3D printing process.
These are not faults, but if something affects safe play or the product does not work as intended, please contact us.
